color + white

despite all the whiteness going on, I'm plowing on with an abundance of color..
this is a view of the Rappahannock river, the river being everything to the right of the pilons..


speaking of rivers.. another sneak peak of the March FCCA show..
River of Life  28" x 30"  fabric, paint, thread, hand and machine appliqued, stitched and quilted..

I agree with ArtSparker, looks like it would be fun to raft.

And although I hate to say it... I think the blue sky in the top image is *that* impressive a color, because of the white... not inspite of it ;}

I love your use of color.
