Anna- It's tempra paint, layered.
Now that's the way to handle the preparations for Christmas...ponder them while sunning oneself!!!Like you I have lots of to do...but keep getting sidetracked. It will be upon me before I know it.Beautiful painting of your daughters, love the layering.Jacky xox
