One of my new year's resolutions was to get out side more and paint. I love this, and used to do a lot of it. One sunny Jan. day I did just that.  The river was high, and lent some great stuff..

Also, some warm fuzzy stuff on the needles. I'm loving this hand dyed chenile and mohair.
Received this in the mail today... finally! Delightful movie.

I love Francoise Tellier-Loumagne's series of books, The art of knitting, and The art of felt. I love that she ties in the world around her and her inspirations of her work. I refer again and again to these books with gorgeous pictures and inspirational work.  Not at all a how-to (tired of those), very much a visual experience.'
